I knew I needed to work out every day, but I’m sometimes too busy for 30+ minute workouts! So these 15-minute workouts are perfect for me. I’ve lost 5lbs and am delighted! 365 is straightforward and do-able for everyone!
I have a busy life and just got burnt out on the gym. I liked the idea of a 15-minute routine being sent to me every day that I could do at home. When I wake up in the morning and that negative self-chatter starts, I have NO excuses because this is something I can do in less time it takes me to walk my dog. Along with myfitnesspal, I have lost 30 pounds, 4 clothing sizes and feel awesome!
Today, as I am writing this, I completed my 185th day in a row! IN A ROW! That’s not a day missed and doesn’t even sound like me because I’m the person who usually gives up after the first couple of weeks. 365 has just crept up and become a part of my morning routine – as soon as my feet hit the floor every morning, it’s time for exercise. No excuses. I can’t see myself ever stopping.”
The first positive change I noticed was less aches and pains. My body use to hurt ALL the time! Now I am more flexible and I rarely need medicine to ease the pain. I’m also steadily losing the weight I had previously gained. With 365 I know that I can accomplish that positive thing every single day, rain or shine.
Even though it’s been only 7 days, I have noticed changes already, especially in my stamina. I am finding that I am looking forward to what the next day holds, and it’s been great to only have to set aside 15-20 minutes a day for the workouts.
365 has helped me in so many ways. The little comments from Will are so encouraging. Just an acknowledgement that one is doing well is fantastic. I also really love my virtual gym buddies, and watch out for certain people in the community. I say, give it a go, but let people in the online community know that you struggle. There are enough of us who understand completely how hard it is, and will be with you each day if that’s what you need.
After years of knowing stiff, sore, ‘just do it’ two-week get in shape routines, this has been an experience and easily done… I have found this to be a very good system with and an ‘on and off’ combination of cardio/mobility that has a very subtle effect on overall conditioning. So, here’s to the guy that dreamt this up, good system.
The only pants I had that were still comfortable three months ago are now so loose I need a belt to wear them! My husband has commented on how toned my back and obliques are looking. I have lost about 2 kilos since starting – It might not sound like a lot, but I am sure that is all fat because I definitely have more muscle than I did at the beginning 🙂
FINALLY a workout that fits me. I’m an accountant. During this time of year, I am busy 24/7. Most of the time I work from home. I can take a 15 min break and go into the living room and do my 15min of 365 then back at my desk. Thank you!!
Before joining 365, I wasn’t consistent at all in my workouts. I’d start; hit resistance or get distracted and stop. I was feeling weak, stiff, flabby and I had NO muscle tone. Now, I’m feeling strong and can see tone all over my body. I’ve not felt like this ever before — even when I was working out regularly with a trainer.
I really appreciate all of your assistance and input, both with the exercises and the nutrition. I also like that your approach is not a one-size-fits-all and that you are getting to know me and my particular situation. I feel that I am on the road to making healthy changes in my life that will be lasting, which is ultimately my main goal.
I was looking for something I would stick with… Something I could do anywhere as we are hoping to travel. Something I would have NO excuse not to do. I’ve been consistent with my workouts since joining 365, and have lost 14lbs. My goal with exercising is to build more muscle and staying mobile as I age, which I am doing.
I had my first weigh-in since starting 365 3 weeks ago and I have lost 2kgs! I can’t believe it. I also started taking my measurements last week and this morning (1 week later) I saw that I lost 3cm on the smallest part of my waist, 3cms on the biggest part of my waist, and 2cm around my hips. I have never stuck with a routine this long before and I can’t believe I’m excited to do my workouts.
My weight has been an issue for a long time. I have tried gym memberships, personal trainers, boot camps, and other types of fitness classes; but I eventually quit each one. Now, I start every day with the 365 workout. When I only exercised three days a week, it became easy to find excuses and put it off. But the daily workouts that have helped me stick with it.
I’ve worked out more consistently since joining 365. It feels like I can do it which makes me stick with it. It’s an easy program to follow. Not that every day is easy as far as effort, but in that the workouts are short, modifiable, and very well explained. Unlike most internet workouts I feel accomplished when I’m done rather than defeated. And that is the reason I’m keeping up with it.
I’m in my early 40s, and I know that most women my age start to lose muscle and bone mass more quickly than when we were younger. The more I can make regular exercise a “given” in my day, the better for my overall health and 365 is perfect for that… I don’t need special equipment and can workout anywhere – I’ve even done a few at work when there aren’t many people around!
The 365 community has been amazing. It’s really reassuring to know that you’re not alone with having off days, and to get encouragement when you feel like you’ve accomplished something or when you need a bit of a push or a boost.
One of the things that’s so great about this program is that if I miss my morning workout, I can still find 15 minutes to fit it in somewhere in my day. Have done the workouts every day this month, even though I haven’t logged all of them. Loving this!
I love the whole community and I am so happy to be surrounded by amazing people who like me, are working on their goals and are getting the support that they need! Whenever I don’t feel like working out, I just think of this whole community and all the positive motivation the other 365ers give keeps me plugging away! I am so glad I joined 365.
I have dropped 10lbs in the past 1.5 months, and have also found that my range of motion has improved due to the mobility days. 365 has motivated me to get up and get moving and has held me accountable through the ‘check-in’ process. The accountability is very effective and is what I was missing.
I tried to create a routine for myself, but with my ever-changing schedule, nothing stuck. Since joining 365 a month ago I have lost 10lbs and dropped a size in clothes too. For me though, while the weight loss is a plus, the biggest success is that I am feeling better, more energetic and happy.
Before joining 365 I was a member at the local gym, but I lacked the time and motivation to go and was essentially throwing money down the drain every month. So I started to look around at other alternatives and stumbled upon 365. Since joining I have lost 3 kilos in weight, and my trousers feel a lot looser too!
I’ve always struggled with losing weight and developing an exercise routine. Since joining 365 I have lost about 8lbs. I’ve developed a routine now, every day, as 15 minutes out of a day is manageable. I feel better, and am extremely happy I found the program.
I will be 70 on my next birthday and weigh what I did in my 30s & 40s, which I never imagined could happen. I don’t feel doomed to failing health anymore. Thanks to Will and Jon and everyone else who continues to make this program so Awesome!
